If you are building with LPH (formerly Legacy Premier Homes, Inc.) we have partnered with P&A Enterprises, LLC to provide short term rentals while we build.   Many of these homes are new or less than a couple of years old.  Most have hard wood look tile throughout.     Our goal is to make your transition from your current home into a new home as smooth as possible.   So, by providing short term leases we solve one of the difficult issues about moving.
